The Hollywood star will also be the face of a new anti-ageing product called Cellular Renaissance for the beauty brand, reports WWD.
Moore said: "I'm an actual user of the brand and it's hard not to be. Every modern woman shops everywhere for beauty, but for me it's mostly the airport or the drugstore. It's nice to be promoting something that is accessible to everyone."
Back in September, L'Oreal Paris enlisted Glee star Lea Michele to appear in a series of ad campaigns.
Moore recently won an Emmy Award for her role on HBO's Game Change, where she portrayed politician Sarah Palin.
She was also one of the several women featured in a campaign that urges American women to vote for President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden.
