Mean Girls actress Rachel McAdams has lavished praise on her boyfriend Ryan Gosling for making "brave" career choices.
McAdams is so proud that Gosling scored an Oscar nomination for his role as an inner city teacher in Half Nelson that she has spoken out about his commitment to the acting profession.
She said of Gosling: "He never does the same thing twice. He's very brave. I don't think he sees the point unless he can find out what he's made of every time. He just doesn't back off. He goes into everything from that place."
