Cheryl Cole led the way in skintight camouflage jeans as they all turned up to promote their comeback tour, single and album.
Arriving at the London studios earlier, Cheryl went for army chic in a pair of skintight camouflage trousers, lace-up heels and a black tuxedo jacket.
Strictly star Kimberley Walsh flashed her pins in a pair of sexy black leather trousers, which she teamed with a grey T-shirt and a furry jacket.
Writing on her Twitter page, she said: "On our way to Radio 1!"
Nadine Coyle also opted for burgundy leather trousers with stilettos and a black one-shoulder top.
Nicola Roberts showed off her lean figure in a jumper dress and netted wooly hat, while Sarah Harding wore a shaggy fur gilet as they posed with fans and signed autographs.
The girls had their photos taken with presenter Grimshaw in a number of silly poses.
The Radio 1 Twitter page read: "Nadine swore, Nicola loved Westlife, Sarah can't work Twitter, Cheryl loved Ultimate Kaos, Kimberley spilt her coffee #WeloveGirlsAloud."
They later appeared in an interview with BBC Breakfast's Bill Turnbull.
Kimberley said: "It feels really exciting to have music out there again, but it's really nerve-wracking because you don't know how it's going to be perceived and you want everyone to like it."
Cheryl added: "We don't hold back, we never have. We've always gone in there full-force. It doesn't feel like there's any expectation, it just feels fun!
"We quite like the challenge, we know we've got to make it bigger."
