Paltrow will be attending a dinner with master chef Mario Batali and a fan who bids the most on the CharityBuzz auction website.

Bidders can also donate to possibly attend a fashion show with Vogue editor Anna Wintour or holiday at Diane von Furstenberg's Bahamas home.

Proceeds from the auctions will benefit local relief charities operating on the ground across the East Coast of the US.

Hurricane Sandy damaged infrastructure throughout the region and has claimed more than 100 lives since it made landfall two weeks ago.

Jerry Seinfeld and Louis CK will both be hosting benefits for storm victims in the coming weeks, while Sherri Shepherd and Susan Sarandon fronted fundraisers in the last few days.
