The ex-Hole singer owes the California clinic, Beau Monde, $180,000 after spending four months in treatment there.
The star has apparently only paid $10,000 thus far.
A representative for Love has been quoted as saying that the matter is in the process of being resolved, and that the conflict was simply regarding the amount owed by the singer.
