Snoop Dogg has been arrested in Stockholm for suspected use of narcotics, a Swedish police official has revealed.
The 35-year-old rapper, whose real name is Calvin Broadus, played Stockholm's Globe Arena on Sunday as part of his joint European tour with P Diddy.
Duty Sergeant Mats Brannlund of Ostermalm police said: "He was arrested for use of narcotics. It's illegal in Sweden to use them, even to have it in your system.
"You can see that a person...has used narcotics (by) looking at his eyes or his movements. (Police) suspected that he had taken drugs."
Sergeant Brannlund said that police have taken blood samples from the rapper and sent these to a laboratory for tests. Results are expected in two to three weeks.
If the tests confirm that he has taken drugs, the rapper faces a fine of up to £145.
