Stern to give DNA test over Danielynn?

Anna Nicole Smith's partner Howard K Stern may be asked to give a sample of his DNA for the ongoing paternity case.

The judge in the case to determine the father of six-month-old Danielynn has revealed he has left the option open for Stern to be tested for his genetic material.

Stern is named as the girl's father on her birth certificate, but a number of men have claimed they have biological claims to the paternity.

Opposing lawyers were reportedly seen arguing outside the courthouse yesterday, as the case continues.
