The rapper entered the Ealing branch of Bang & Olufsen with a party of three others, only to take umbrage with the lack of service he apparently received upon entering.
The 28-year-old posted on Twitter shortly afterwards, saying: "Bang & Olufson Ealing shouldn't be so dismissive of people with tattoos, not even a 'hello' or 'is there anything I can help you with'."
He added: "The gimp working in there won't be getting commission off of me that's for sure," before saying: "I feel like I'm in Pretty Woman... I feel like Julia Roberts."
The store's owner quickly responded, tweeting the rapper directly to say: "I said hi guys as soon as you walked in the door, sorry if you didn't hear me?!", before arguing: "we like to give people the chance to look around instead of pouncing on them, nothing worse than that! Sorry once again."
Green recently used Twitter to take fans to task for comparing him to X Factor contestant James Arthur, quipping: "I've not caught X Factor but I'm getting quite tired of this James Arthur stuff. If I see him and we look nothing alike you can all burn."
