Price sparked the conflict by asking Fowler if the alleged staged shoot with her ex-fiancé went well, telling the 26-year-old that she "didn't think [she'd stoop] that low".
Fowler said: "If you still spoke to me you would be more than updated with the goings on in my life Katie," later suggesting that the Page 3 icon is in no position to give "lessons on how not to be shameful".
The pair then touched on Fowler's alleged homophobic and racist remarks to X Factor star Marcus Collins, with Price claiming she had been asked to tweet a message of support during the controversy.
"I was upset an you said you understood and would tweet it for me but clearly on...reflection you realised it had no benefit to yourself," Fowler wrote.
The spat ended with Fowler insisting that she wasn't aware of the photos with Penna, and Price dismissing that she is guilty of a "hypocritical attitude" for selling her weddings to Peter Andre and Alex Reid.
"My wedding pictures were REAL ...nothing more to say so bind your beak," Price wrote, to which the TOWIE alum replied: "Your too old to be doing this over twitter it's embarrassing now."
Penna claimed in a magazine interview this week that he split with Price in October after she messaged teenage X Factor star Dan Ferrari-Lane of District3.
