Complications from the polyp forced the performer to postpone a series of scheduled shows earlier this year.
She eventually decided to undergo a laser operation in order to remove the benign growth indefinitely, reports The AP.
In a post on her official website, the 47-year-old wrote: "Surgery rocks! ... It's been very satisfying to sing all them clear notes again."
Last year, both Adele and John Mayer had similar operations.
