The 30-year-old Duchess was sporting her new layered hairstyle with a parting fringe, which she debuted at the Natural History Museum yesterday, and wrapped up warm in a chic MaxMara winter coat with a delicate bow belt.
The royal couple were greeted by the Lord Lieutenant of Cambridgeshire, Hugh Duberly and his wife Sally, and spoke with well-wishers in the university city.
The pair also took a tour of Jimmy's resettlement centre and visited Senate House at the University of Cambridge, where the Duchess spoke with staff and students.
The Duchess and Prince William are set to open a a 24-hour centre for homeless people during their visit.
It was their first visit to Cambridge since they adopted their titles following their wedding in April last year.
