Keanu Reeves has been questioned by police after allegedly hitting a photographer with his car in southern California.
The Matrix star is said to have struck 27-year-old paparazzo Alison Silva as he was reversing his black Porsche out of a parking space in Torrance, California.
A spokesperson for Los Angeles Police Department said: "Mr Reeves pulled out of a parking space parallel to the curb and grazed a paparazzo standing in the street in front of Mr Reeves' 1996 Porsche.
"The man fell to the ground. Paramedics were summoned and treated the man at the scene. He was then transported via ambulance to a local hospital for further treatment.''
Reeves was initially handcuffed by police, but has been released after questioning.
Silva is being treated for a broken wrist and other injuries.
