LeAnn Rimes, Brandi Glanville row over sons on Twitter

By
LeAnn Rimes and Brandi Glanville have argued on Twitter over Glanville's sons.

The duo have had a famously difficult relationship since Glanville's husband Eddie Cibrian left her and pursued a relationship with Rimes following rumours of an affair.

A new argument has now unfolded online after Rimes described Glanville's sons with Cibrian as "my boys".

"Flying out with my boys in a few hrs," she wrote. "Love that it's a family tour weekend. It's always more fun when they are with me."

However, Glanville took offence to the message, tweeting the next day: "Someone is trying 2 get under my skin by calling MY children 'her boys'Sooo transparent! They R MY boys, Eddie Boys and ur step-sons... 4 now."

Rimes initially remained quiet on the subject, replying to supportive messages from fans and tweeting: "I'm so grateful for amazing positivity and positive people in my life."

Meanwhile, Glanville also responded to fans, explaining that her sons are "the cord that hits home" for her and saying: "They love her and Im happy with that but she needs to learn boundries, plus she may not be around when Mas is 12 [sic]."

However, one of Rimes's later tweets appeared to infuriate Glanville as she wrote: "Im trying not to tweet about something I just saw.... Breathe."

"Someone needs a f**king bonus f**king mom f**king refresher course @leannrimes," she told a follower, before writing: "Im taking a moment from twitter to breathe and punch some pillows."

She also accused Rimes of putting her sons "in danger".

Glanville later added: "I dont hate her I feel sorry for her but if she hurts my kids I will cut a bitch or probably something worse."

Meanwhile, Rimes wrote: "I just can't," later explaining: "The 'I just can't' was to the negativity."

Earlier this year, Rimes and Glanville appeared to put their differences aside when Rimes entered rehab, with Glanville saying: "I am wishing her all the best."
