Natalie Cassidy poses in 'skimpy undies' after weightloss - pictures

Former EastEnders star Natalie Cassidy has stripped off for a racy Now Magazine photoshoot after dropping two dress sizes, announcing that she now spends her time "walking around the house in skimpy underwear".

The Celebrity Big Brother contestant, known for playing "ugly" Sonia Fowler on the BBC soap, slimmed down to a size 10 after repeatedly being branded a "fat bitch" on Twitter.



"Every day I get told I'm going to die or I'm 'a fat bitch' on Twitter," she said. "You've got to be strong - I know lots of actresses who are damaged by it."

She continued: "I only have to look at food and I put weight on. One day I'd fit into my jeans, the next I couldn't pull them up over my thighs.

"I've never liked my body and those issues are still there, but I do feel sexier now. My partner Adam [Cottrell] asks me why I'm suddenly walking around the house in skimpy underwear."



Asked if she is now more confident in the bedroom, Cassidy replied: "Yes, but I've always been comfortable in that department - even at my biggest."

On suggestions that her yo-yo dieting points towards her having an eating disorder, the actress argued: "I'd say most women have an eating disorder.

"We all think about food a lot. I know so many women who won't eat so they can have a bottle of wine instead."
