The comedian was picked up by police in Seattle on Sunday (December 2) for allegedly threatening bar patrons with a pool cue as well as hurling a rock at a car.
A law enforcement source told TMZ: "[Williams] brandished a pool cue at a bar manager and refused to leave the business, and later followed a family outside of the bar where he threw a cigarette at a woman as she got into her car, hitting her in the eye."
Williams was booked on investigation of harassment at a local police precinct, before being released from custody on Monday (December 3).
The comic has not commented on the incident as of yet.
This altercation is the latest in a series of legal problems for Williams. He is currently being sued by a fan present at a comedy show where Williams reportedly tried to attack three audience members.
Williams was also detained on a potential gun violation in LA in October, but no charges were ultimately filed over the matter.
He will next be seen on the big screen opposite Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen in Scary Movie 5.
