The former US First Daughter has said that she is both "nervous and excited" to welcome her first child, according to NBC News.
"It's a springtime baby," Bush Hager said of the child's birth.
Jenna also revealed that her parents - former US President George W Bush and Laura Bush – are overjoyed at the happy news.
The journalist and her husband met during the 2004 US presidential campaign and married in May 2008.
She has worked on Today as a special correspondent for the last three years.
