A lawyer for a woman named Melanie Smith has filed suit in Georgia claiming that the NFL star is the father of her 1-year-old daughter.
Smith is seeking a blood test to prove that Ward is her baby's dad because he has so far denied her claims.
A judge will soon decide if Ward must undergo a blood test in order to determine if he will be required to pay child support, according to TMZ.
Ward is the father of a son whom he had with ex-wife Simone Ward.
The former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver won the 12th season of Dancing with the Stars with professional partner Kym Johnson in 2011.
