Nona Paris Lola Jackson asks for rights to visit the children and for child support payments in papers filed at Los Angeles Superior Court.
The British-born woman's request would leave full custody over Prince Michael, 10, Paris, nine and Prince Michael II, or Blanket, five, with the singer, according to the NME. She does ask to be given his Neverland ranch and another home, however.
Lola Jackson claims all three are her children despite Deborah Rowe, Jackson's former wife, being named on the birth certificates of Prince Michael and Paris. Prince Michael II's mother is unknown.
The applicant said: "Debbie's hospital records will prove that my kids are not hers because of DNA."
The court has previously rejected two similar applications and Judge Robert Schneider last month told Lola Jackson she needed more evidence.
Raymone Bain, for Jackson, said the action was "ludicrous".
