Paul Weller reportedly spat on a picture of Police frontman Sting that was hanging in the Royal Albert Hall.
Weller, 48, was attending Russell Brand's Teenage Cancer Trust show on Wednesday night when he saw the picture of the pop singer.
According to the Mirror he marched straight up to, coughed up "as must phlegm as he could muster" and spat it onto the picture. He then walked away snarling "F***ing t***!"
A source told the newspaper: "The Albert Hall is quite salubrious. Everyone was looking at each other not knowing what to say. But Weller just sauntered off without a care in the world."
