The supergroup, made up of members of New Kids on the Block and The Backstreet Boys, launched a joint tour last year, showcasing a mix of their hits.
In July 2012, the group was sued by stagehand William Wesley Styron, who claimed he sustained brain trauma after a fall at the FedEx Forum in Memphis in June 2011.
NKOTBSB denied responsibility for Styron's injuries, insisting that it was his fault for failing to see the large hole into which he fell, resulting in a fractured skull.
TMZ reports that a judge has now ruled in favour of the band, dismissing the case and ruling that responsibility lies with the production company that hired Styron and not the group.
The judge added that the band "owed no duty to plaintiff that was breached when he was injured".
