Hollywood stars Jennifer Lopez and Hilary Duff have both joined the size zero debate.
Duff provoked alarm last year when she slimmed down to a US size zero (UK size four), while Lopez has always been celebrated for her curvaceous figure.
Lopez said: "I couldn't ever be a size zero. I don't see how I could get down to that size and still be healthy."
Meanwhile, Duff blames the media for making people self-conscious about the way they look, saying: "If you don't like the way you look or feel insecure, when people say things about you - in magazines or just in everyday life - they can be hurtful. But you'll never make them happy."
