Lindsay Lohan 'denies eviction from Beverly Hills home'

By
Lindsay Lohan has denied being evicted from her California home.

The Liz & Dick star is allegedly facing severe financial problems, apparently even using a $100,000 (£61,837) donation from Charlie Sheen to help pay off a large tax bill.

She was recently the subject of a HollyScoop report claiming that a real estate agent told potential home buyers than Lohan had been kicked out of her Beverly Hills mansion.

"I went house hunting in Beverly Hills and the realtor told me that she was shown a house and the realtor said that it was Lindsay's last home… because she could no longer afford it," an insider told the publication.

A representative for Lohan has now clarified that any suggestion that the star had been evicted was "totally untrue".

"[She] no longer lives in the LA home because she moved to New York," her spokesperson added to Gossip Cop.

Lohan was most recently spotted in London, but rumours linking her to the UK series Celebrity Big Brother have been refuted.

The star will next appear on the big screen in the Bret Easton Ellis-written thriller The Canyons, which is expected to open later this year.
