Dappy, the cousin of X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos, was tried under his real name Dino Costas Contostavlos at Guildford Crown Court earlier today (January 7).
The 25-year-old appeared along with three co-defendants Kieran Vassell, Kalonji Stewart and Alfred Miller, all charged with affray.
It has been alleged that Dappy and one of the other defendants approached a group of two girls and three men at a petrol station, and asked the women to join them in their car.
Another group of up to six men in two cars arrived, leading to a fight that reportedly left three with major facial injuries.
Dappy faces a fine of up to £5,000 and a possible six months in prison if convicted.
The trial was postponed back in August so that the 'No Regrets' singer could go on tour.
