According to TMZ, the troubled comedian was due in court today (January 8) for an arraignment concerning felony charges connected to a police car chase in November.
Williams was pursued by Sacramento police while riding a three-wheel motorcycle and, shortly after the incident, entered a Target department store where he slapped an employee.
The 41-year-old later defended his actions by claiming that the employee used a racial slur during a verbal argument.
This is the second bench warrant issued for the comedian in less than a month.
In December, a Seattle judge also issued a warrant for his arrest for failing to appear in court to face assault charges.
