Wilde has apparently now confirmed the rumours on her Twitter page, as she thanked her followers for their wishes.
"Thanks for all the sweet congratulatory love, friends!" she wrote. "And may I compliment your savvy use of that nifty engagement ring emoticon."
Wilde had denied rumours that she was engaged to Sudeikis in December, a couple of months after the pair were reported to be living together.

Wilde was previously married to Tao Ruspoli but the couple finalised their divorce in October 2011.
Meanwhile, Sudeikis separated from his ex-wife Kay Cannon in 2008 and the duo were granted a divorce two years later.
