Jesse Metcalfe to strip on stage?

Desperate Housewives star Jesse Metcalfe is reportedly planning to replace Daniel Radcliffe in the West End revival of Equus.

The 28-year-old actor would be required to appear nude on stage as Alan Strang, a stable boy who has a pathological fascination with horses, in the London production of Peter Shaffer's 1973 play.

Radcliffe completes his run as Strang in June.

A source told The Mirror: "Jesse is a massive talent and it would be great for him to make his West End debut in Equus."
