The real estate guru and reality TV star led the late Bob Marley's son to purchase the home for $1.1 million.

According to TMZ, Marley doesn't plan to live in the new place but bought the 2,613-square-foot house as an investment property.
It is actually two houses attached together - a duplex - each with two bedrooms and one bathroom.
They reportedly date back to the 1920s and haven't been on the market in over 40 years.
It features hardwood floors, granite counters, updated cabinetry and a large backyard.
