Furlong remains in jail on $30,000 bail, with efforts by his lawyer being unsuccessful in his attempt for the bail to be lowered.

His attorney entered a not guilty plea in an initial court hearing on Monday (January 15), according to TMZ.

This is the third domestic violence charge that Furlong has faced in the last several months. He was initially arrested following an allegedly violent argument with his partner at LAX in October.
