
Girls Aloud have signed a £4 million deal to advertise Sunsilk hair products.
They launched the year-long deal at London's 24 Club on Thursday after impressing advertising bosses with a previous promotional photoshoot.
The campaign begins on June 1 with each of the girls fronting a different hair product and Sunsilk sponsoring the act's summer tour.
Kimberley Walsh commented: “We are really happy to be doing this. Obviously our looks are important to us and we all love to have really sexy shiny hair.”
“We love Sarah’s hair and we all think it’s really funky and sexy," added Cheryl Cole of her colleague's blonde curls. "She has definitely got the best hair out of all of us.”
Sarah Harding chipped in: “I like the other girls’ long locks. I only cut mine short because it was knackered with all the treatments I’d had done to it!”
