Madonna had no contact with David's father

The father of Madonna's adopted child David Banda did not receive any news about his son's well-being for six months.

Madonna has flown over to Malawi this weekend to give Yohane Banda an opportunity to see his son again, but she did not give him any warning of her arrival. The singer has been accused of ignoring Yohane after she took David to Britain in October.

"Officially I have not heard anything. There has been no communication whatsoever but I have heard the rumours and I get the feeling that she might be coming," Yohane told the Evening Standard. "I am excited. I hope that there will be an opportunity for me to see my son.

"I understand that she is a busy person but if there is an opportunity, I would appreciate it if she could tell me how my son is doing, which has not been the case so far."
