Stuart Lynn Dunn, 27, was initially arrested last year for attempting to break into Kunis's Los Angeles home and then jailed again for later showing up three times at her gym.

He appeared in court this week and was sentenced to spend six months in a treatment facility, according to TMZ.
The alleged stalker was given a reduced period of time in rehab due to time served behind bars.

Dunn will serve five more years of probation, in addition to being required to stay away from Kunis.

A spokesperson for Kunis has not commented on the result of the case, but the actress did tell police last year that she was "in fear for her safety" with Dunn on the streets.
