One Direction previously signed a deal to release a range of electronics, including headphones, speakers and walkie talkies.
They are also said to have hired wealth management firm Grant Thornton to advise them on their finances following their worldwide success.
The boys have an estimated combined wealth of £26.33 million ($41.72 million) and are looking for help with issues such as tax, capital and investment.
