U2 to write score for 'Spider-Man' musical?

Bono and The Edge are being lined up to compose the score for a musical version of Spider-Man.
Director Julie Taymor, who led the Broadway version of the Lion King musical, has approached the U2 members regarding the new production.
The singer and the guitarist are currently in negotiations, according to BroadwayWorld.com, although rehearsals for the show are due to begin in July.
