The Rolls Royce, which had two passengers, crashed into a nearby residential building as it attempted to get away. No-one was said to have been injured in the incident.
The suspects have not yet been identified by police, nor have the passengers in the vehicle.
Eyewitnesses told news sources that Ross was one of the people in the Rolls Royce.
Police are investigating, but fellow rapper 50 Cent suggested in an Instagram post that the incident was "staged".
"Hahaha fat boy hit the building?" 50 Cent said. "lol it looks staged to me. No hole's in da car."
