The actress suggested to Good Housekeeping that some people in California have had too much cosmetic surgery.

"I keep seeing people who just don't look like themselves any more," she said.
"I don't think of myself as being particularly beautiful - I think of myself as a human being, and I like the idea of looking like me and being able to move all my facial muscles!"
Of her secret to looking incredible, she added: "If I'm not feeling great and I have to go out I'd probably put a red dress on. When in doubt, wear something red, gold or sparkling!"

Seymour went on: "But I think beauty comes from the inside out. When you feel comfortable in your skin, you exude confidence.
"And the older you get, the more confident you are, because you've experienced lots of life and you've got more perspective."
