Lindsay Lohan 'headed to court on Wednesday after claiming illness'

Lindsay Lohan was rumoured to be flying out of New York at the last minute on Tuesday night (January 29) to attend her next court date.

Lohan had initially claimed she was too ill to fly to Los Angeles for tomorrow's (January 30) hearing, it has been reported.



According to TMZ, the Liz & Dick actress has since changed her mind after being photographed on a shopping trip in SoHo, New York.

Lohan had originally said - via her new lawyer Mark Heller - that she would be unable to attend court due to an upper respiratory infection.

Meanwhile, Lohan is said to have reached out to her previous lawyer Shawn Holley - who she recently fired - in the hopes of re-hiring her, but to no avail.

Lohan is currently embroiled in a legal battle after allegedly violating her probation.

She has also being accused of lying to a police officer about a car crash last summer.
