Paris Hilton and James Blunt have sparked rumours that they are dating.

The pair partied together at the Teddies nightclub in Los Angeles earlier this week, where they were spotted holding hands and kissing.

Hilton revealed that she had gone out for dinner with the You're Beautiful singer last year, describing him as "so hot".

However, a spokesperson for Blunt has denied the latest rumours: "This sounds like gossip to me!"

James split from supermodel Petra Nemcova last month.
