Arctic Monkeys have been demanding fine wines and spirits while on their current tour.

The band requested bottles of Rioja and Chardonnay, as well as Irish whiskey, for concerts in their home city of Sheffield last night and tonight.

A source told The People: "They've discovered the cheapest way to get trashed is to order as much alcohol as possible on their tab.

"The venues they play at will get in whatever they ask for so as far as they're concerned they may as well make the most of it!"
