Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries divorce trial set for May 6

A date has been set for Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries's divorce trial hearing.

A Los Angeles judge ruled that a court appearance must be arranged for the next available date of May 6, Celebuzz reports.



Kardashian previously accused Humphries of holding her "hostage" with requests to delay the case until the end of the NBA season, which is a similar time as she is expected to give birth to her first child with Kayne West.

Yesterday, Humphries's California-based attorney quit after a difference of opinion with the basketball player.



Humphries is pushing for an annulment of his 72-day marriage to Kardashian on the grounds that the reality TV star committed fraud by marrying him under false pretences.
