Keane singer talks about drug addiction
Keane frontman Tom Chaplin has spoken candidly for the first time about his drug and alcohol addiction.

He admitted that, suffering from severe depression, he even considered taking his own life at one point.

In an interview with Q, Chaplin said: "I was spending a lot of time at home crying in front of Cash In The Attic. I felt really depressed. I was taking a lot of drugs and drinking. I was in a state."

He also revealed that his time spent in the Priory rehabilitation clinic was a confusing experience. He said: "It felt like I had joined a cult. it was like being brainwashed.

"I dunno, I'm probably just as f***ed as when I went in there."
