Phil Spector trial delayed by illness

Phil Spector's murder trial has been put on hold after a member of one legal team became ill.

The main defence lawyer for the music producer has suffered complications to do with his diabetes, and the trial is thought to be off until next week.

Spector is accused of killing actress Lana Clarkson four years ago, but the defence claims that evidence will show the victim was holding the gun at the time of her death.

Only one witness has testified so far to the court.
