Lohan receives death threats over Lennon

Lindsay Lohan reveals she has received death threats following her recent film about John Lennon.

Lohan plays Jude, a friend of Lennon's killer Mard David Chapman, in the film that was subject to mixed feelings by fans and critics alike. Chapter 27 follows Chapman in the three days leading up to the assassination of the late Beatle.

The actress admits she was terrified of the aftermath, because of the controversy surrounding the entire storyline and movie itself.

"I was nervous doing this one because nobody wanted me to do it," she told OK! magazine. "I got death threats and everything – it was awful!"
