Hollywood actor Nicolas Cage is reportedly to buy a house at one of the UK's most prestigious addresses.

According to the Mirror, the Oscar-winning actor is at the final stage of purchasing a five-storey, six-bedroom townhouse.

The house is part of The Circus - a famous 'millionaire's row' in Bath, Somerset.

A neighbour told the newspaper, "We're told he's bought it, but I don't think he's completed the sale yet.

"Our daughter saw him in The Circus six months ago."
