Ritchie "draws the line" on orphans
Published Friday, May 4 2007, 09:44 BST | By Dave West
Guy Ritchie has called on his wife Madonna to ease off her involvement with orphans in Malawi, according to a report.
The singer adopted baby David Banda last year and has since revisited the orphanage which was his home. It was rumoured she was looking to take in another child.
However, the Daily Star says Ritchie has declared “enough is enough” - and it has apparently worked.
“Fingers crossed but it looks like the storm has passed. Guy was adamant about no more talk of adopting," a source explained. “He was happy to welcome David into their family but wants to draw the line there.
"Madonna has listened very carefully to what he has been saying and I think they’ve patched things up nicely.”
