The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star claimed on Twitter that there are loose plans to tell the story of her recent life dramas on screen.
She wrote on the micro-blogging website: "Omg just had a talk about turning my book in2 a movie! Maybe we should pitch it to Lifetime ;) An unromantic comedy! #pinchme."
Her reference to the Lifetime network nods towards ex-husband Eddie Cibrian's affair with country singer LeAnn Rimes.
The pair met in 2008 on the set of their Lifetime movie Northern Lights before divorcing their then-spouses and subsequently marrying in 2011.
Glanville, who has two sons with Cibrian, also recently revealed that she is in talks for a second book following the interest generated by her first publication.
The reality TV star also vowed that she "won't be speaking" about Rimes and Cibrian's affair after she completes her book tour.
