Aguilera to launch new perfume

Christine Aguilera is to release her own fragrance.

The singer will follow in the steps of fellow musician Britney Spears when she releases Simply Christina Aguilera later this year.

Aguilera has worked with Proctor and Gamble to produce the perfume, which will be housed in a glass bottle in the shape of the singer.

The new product will be launched under the tag line: "Sometimes it's all you need to wear."
