Ellis-Bextor praises 'phenomenal' Jordan

Sophie Ellis-Bextor has lavished praise on Jordan for being a "phenomenal businesswoman".

The 'Murder on the Dancefloor' star admires the way that the glamour model has managed to amass a reported £30 million fortune while coping with life's hard knocks.

Jordan's husband Peter Andre is currently recovering from a suspected bout of viral meningitis. Her four-year-old son Harvey is partially blind and suffers from a growth disorder.

Ellis-Bextor told the Daily Mirror: "I think Jordan’s fantastic actually. I’ve got a bit of a soft spot for her. I think she’s a phenomenal businesswoman and there’s a sort of charm about her in the way she’s quite direct about things.

“She’s a sort of a poster girl for getting on with it, really. I get the impression she’s got a core of steel actually.”
