Having showcased her talents on TV, in film and as a voice actress, Mila Kunis has already shown she has many strings to her brilliantly gifted bow. Not only is she talented, she is also drop-dead-gorgeous and was named Esquire magazine's 'Sexiest Woman Alive' 2012.

Last week the actress added 'all-round nice person' to her credentials and gave us even more reason to love her, when she gave an unusual but entertaining interview for her new film Oz the Great and Powerful with Radio 1. Bored with standard interviews, she chatted to a very nervous Chris Stark about Jägerbombs and playfully agreed to go to Nandos with him, followed by a Watford football match.

Here are ten things you may not have known about the soon-to-be chicken-eating, footie fan.

1. Milena Markovna Kunis was born in Ukraine on August 14, 1983. She moved to Los Angeles when she was 7 with her parents and older brother Michael. Her mother is a physics teacher and her father is a mechanical engineer.

2. Kunis started school in LA just two days after arriving in the country and couldn't speak a word of English. She says she taught herself the language by watching popular gameshow The Price is Right, as host Bob Barker spoke slowly enough for her to pick it up.

3. As a child Kunis was a bit of a commercial queen and starred in many ads for products including Lisa Frank, Barbie, Berry Berry Kix cereal and a creepy doll that phones you up, asks if you like pizza and says "I have something to tell you...I love you." Seriously, it's the stuff horror films are made of.

4. The actress first came to prominence playing Jackie Burkhart in US sitcom That '70s Show but she had to tell a few porkies to bag herself the role. A 14-year-old Kunis told the show's producers that she would be 18 "on her birthday", but didn't specify which birthday she meant. Sneaky! By the time the producers found out the truth, she had already won their hearts and they gave her the part anyway.

5. Kunis's first ever kiss was on-screen with her That '70s Show co-star Ashton Kutcher. In a post-kiss interview in 2001, the young teenager admitted, "I was so nervous and uncomfortable. I had the biggest crush on him." She must have done something right though - the former co-stars have been dating since last year and were recently rumoured to have moved in together.

6. Before she was loved-up with Ashton, Kunis dated Home Alone actor Macaulay Culkin. Their eight-year relationship ended in 2011, but hopefully not before the child star was able to give her some tips on perfecting her stage scream and how to guard her home from pesky intruders using simple household items.

7. Kunis has voiced Meg Griffin in the Emmy Award-winning sitcom Family Guy since the show's second season. In season one, Meg was voiced by Lacey Chabert, AKA Gretchen -"That is so fetch!"- Wieners from Mean Girls.

8. In 2007, Kunis unsuccessfully auditioned for the part that eventually went to Katherine Heigl in Judd Apatow's film Knocked Up. She wasn't knocked down (see what we did there?) for long though, as Apatow was so impressed with her that he offered her a part in his 2008 comedy Forgetting Sarah Marshall. The cast spent two months in Hawaii while they filmed the movie and Kunis took the opportunity to learn how to surf. She said of her new-found skill: "Well, I don't want to brag, however I can stand. That's about it. That's my big move."

9. Lots of actors steal keepsakes from the sets of films they've worked on (cheeky monkeys!) but Kunis has a much more permanent reminder of her time working on 2010 movie Black Swan. She has her male dance partner's thumbprints scarred on to her back as a result of practising lifts for hours on end. Ouch! The actress also dislocated her shoulder, tore a calf ligament and had to lose 20lbs for the role. Now that's dedication for you.

10. Kunis is a huge fan of World of Warcraft. Well, she used to be. She had to give up when she feared she was becoming too addicted to the fantasy game. Speaking on Jimmy Kimmel Live! in 2008, Kunis admitted she was part of two guilds on the game and that she had to tell other players she worked as an architect to explain why she would log on at strange times when she was travelling. Note to WoW fans everywhere - if you were in the same guild as a time-zone swapping architect pre-2008, the middle-aged man you had imagined you were interacting with may have actually been Mila Kunis!
