Andre came close to death earlier this month while he was being treated in hospital for viral meningitis. However, an unknown party spread a rumour on the internet that the 34-year-old pop star had died.
The rumour spread so quickly that Jordan's management company was forced to release a statement confirming that her husband was still alive.
She told OK!: "Some people are so sick and so sad. If I find out who did that they're in big trouble. They belong in a mental home.
"You have to remember his whole family have to read that. They need to be arrested or something. It really is totally disgusting."
