By
Nigella Lawson and Charles Saatchi are seemingly to have their divorce pronounced in court tomorrow (July 31).

The TV chef features as the petitioner for a decree nisi in a list of cases to be heard at the High Court in London, the Daily Mail has revealed. The divorce will not be finalised until the ruling becomes a decree absolute at a later date.

The hearing is scheduled to take place at 10.30am, and is an undefended case, meaning that it is expected to be a 'quickie divorce'. The pair are not required to attend the hearing.

The divorce proceedings were initiated following the publication of photographs showing Saatchi with his hand around Lawson's neck.

The couple are believed to be worth in the region of £150 million ($228m), but are understood to have signed a pre-nuptial agreement protecting their assets.

It was previously reported that they wanted their divorce to be "swift and amicable", with neither party making a financial claim against the other.

Meanwhile, Lawson, who is said to be considering an interview with Oprah Winfrey following the divorce, will be making a return to Channel 4 when a UK version of US cooking show The Taste hits screens.
